Birds of a stitched texture...

The print itself of the birds came from a wallpaper project I did. I have taken out this small bit of detail from the wallpaper and decided to do a little textile piece. I have sewn into it and added some beads to give it more texture. I have then followed this up with an idea to make it a nice wall piece as well as it being a nice gift idea.

A Bugs Reflection...

Here are a few paintings I have done reflecting and ready for springtime. My bugs look so tasty and colourful! The theme I have gone along with is to do with a mirror reflection. Throw a mirror in the middle of the painting! I really liked this idea :) Bugs are a great motif and are always very popular! I've added some fun and friendly bits and bobs in too like sweets and flowers. You can see an optical effect coming through which you will always find with me! I love Optical Art!! :)
